BPOA, APL and HTA are collaborating by holding conferences and a seminar together at Whittlebury Hall, Northamptonshire, on 17 and 18 January 2017 bringing growers and landscapers together.
HTA Contact Conference, the BPOA Spring conference and AGM and the APL stone seminar will run alongside each other at the same venue for the first time. The shared dinner, lunches and breaks will offer unrivalled networking opportunities across sectors of the industry which don’t often come into contact with each other. Participants will get the chance to attend talks, presentations and workshops at each organisation’s respective events.
Raoul Curtis-Machin, HTA Head of Horticulture, says:”We’re really excited about holding these events in the same place at the same time because of the rare quality networking chances this will offer. Members tell us that it is increasingly challenging to spare staff time to attend industry conferences and events, so we hope that this provides added value for them.”
Simon Davenport, Secretary to the BPOA, says:”BPOA is delighted that there is an opportunity to share this lovely venue with HTA and APL this year. Members are keen that the industry be seen to be working together for the benefit of all; there are also a number of areas where there will be synergies that result in economies for our organisations and enhance the experience for attendees.”
