Leicester City Council are positive about Muthing Flails
Following an unbroken six year period of hire agreements, Leicester City Council have recently re-affirmed their confidence in the range of Muthing flails for the maintenance of the cities parks and open spaces.
Stewart Doughty, Parks & Services Manager, says: " As a result of changes to our own procurement procedure we were looking to purchase rather than hire. The fact that we have had such a positive experience of the Muthing range throughout the hire agreements that were in place since 2003 meant that we were extremely comfortable with the placing of our order earlier this year with local dealer Mitchell Industries in Coalville"
Bryan Elverstone who brokered the deal on behalf of Mitchells added " Leicester City Council have been using Muthing Flails as part of their groundcare equipment fleet for at least six years and this recent order confirms their confidence in the product range. The total order was for eighteen flails comprised of 15 MU-FM out fronts for compact tractors up to 40HP, one MU-B for a Pedestrian mower, one MU-E for front or rear mounting on tractors of up to 60hp and one MU-L for front or rear mount on tractors up to 120hp"
