French group S.E.E. – via its Saelen Industrie division provider of professional plant waste chipper/shredders – has announced the acquisition of Tünnissen, German manufacturer of wood chippers and stumpgrinders.
The complementary know-how of both manufacturers will allow Saelen Industrie, which is specialised in multi-vegetation chipper/shredders, and Tünnissen, whose expertise is focused on wood chippers, to offer the widest range of green waste reduction plants for landscape maintenance professionals.
Tünnissen will now be represented by Eric Hunter company, subsidiary of the French SEE Group, on the UK market.
