Griffin Glasshouses will showcase new 35 degree pitch roof on one of their glasshouses at the Chelsea Flower Show.
Suitable for both free standing glasshouses as well as lean-to constructions, the new roof design is the latest example of the company’s commitment to meet continued consumer demand for the Victorian style.
“Our new 35 degree pitch roof system is very similar to the original Victorian style. Our customers love the traditional look but fully appreciate their maintenance free benefits,” Linda Lane, manging director of Griffin Glasshouses told The Landscaper.
The Victorian theme is reinforced by having deliberately narrow glass panes, highly decorative ridges and finials as well as internal spandrels. All are produced from top quality aluminium with hidden fixings and they can be finished in any colour. Griffin also offers internal rain-water storage and Victorian style cast aluminium work benches.
