Market demand has sparked major expansion of Kubota’s zero-turn mower line from two to seven models to offer various working widths, discharge options and fuel types tailored to commercial and domestic duties.
The range blends “matchless manoeuvrability and accuracy with quality cut” – features local authorities and professional landscapers warm to.
The Z1-421 and Z2-481 petrols feature 42 in and 48 in side discharge cutting deck respectively, with optional mulching kits available.
The 54 in petrol Z4-541 introduced a larger chassis to enhance productivity for the pro-consumer market when launched last year, soon followed by the rear discharge Z4-541RD to meet customer requirements.
The diesel ZD-1211 provides comfort and fast working with fuel efficiency, “to meet all the needs of the professional operator”, while the Ze electric zero-turns will interest operators seeking productivity targets with a sustainable power source.
Quieter, with less vibration, the Ze-421 and larger Ze-481 “are designed to exceed the expectations of environmentally conscious customers such as contractors and local authorities whilst still maintaining the performance expectations of conventional fuels”, Kubota states.
