Horticruitment moves

Mike Fuller, managing director of the nationally recognised horticultural recruitment company, takes the company to the next level with ambitious growth plans and relocation to new purpose built offices in the heart of Kent.

“With the increase of work within the landscaping industry that we’ve experienced, and with an eye on the potential opportunities associated with the Olympic Games in 2012, we expect to take on extra consultants to ensure that we continue to provide excellent service to our existing and new clients.

Our business had already outgrown the offices we occupied in Ashford so I had been looking for suitable premises for some time. I had a particular list of requirements to be met but every property I looked at did not meet my expectations for one reason or another.

A key factor was that we needed plenty of room to expand the business and we wanted a pleasant working environment for our employees within easy commuting distance” explained Mike.

The ideal solution was found on a new business park just outside the pretty village of Kenardington.

Fuller bought one of the units, employed an architect and the result is a modern, open plan office featuring a purpose built interview suite and a galleried upper floor providing a generous amount of working space for existing staff members and new additions to the workforce.

Fuller views the future with plenty of optimism, and with Horticruitment entering its 20th year in horticultural recruitment, there’s plenty of room to grow!
