East Molesey Cricket Club est 1734

East Moseley Cricket Club is situated on the banks of the River Thames and is only 400m from Hampton Court Palace.
The club or ganised a superb event to raise funds featuring “Rick” Astley known for his 1987 song, “Never Gonna Give You Up”, which was a #1 hit single in 25 countries.
Competitive cricket has been played on the Molesey Hurst dating back to 1730.
No cricketer during a match has yet hit a cricket ball from the Hurst Road end onto the famous Taggs Island.Keith Miller of Australia was a yard short in 1953. The challenge still remains.
The first ever recorded LBW decision was given here in 1795 and is recorded in the Lords historical archives.
