SureSet has recently completed the installation of a new driveway for a home owner in Lincolnshire, with the 270m² project completed by SureSet’s approved installer, Strathie Construction, in just two days.
The home’s original concrete based surface was showing signs of age and degradation. Looking for an attractive, hard wearing and low maintenance surface, the owners decided that SureSet permeable resin bound paving, with its comprehensive 10 year guarantee, provided the perfect solution.
As with all SureSet resin bound paving products, the 6mm Harvest Buff mix that was used on this project is completely permeable. Allowing water to drain through the surface, this reduces surface run off and minimises the potential for puddles to form. Importantly for home owners, the use of permeable paving for driveways also means that there is no need for planning permission to be sought.
The Harvest Buff aggregate in the paving perfectly complements the house’s buff bricks, sandstone detailing and honeyed oak doors.
