Andy Sturgeon’s Gold award-winning garden, sponsored by The Daily Telegraph, took the Best-In-Show accolade at this year’s Chelsea Flower Show.
The contemporary gravel garden featured Ennstone’s Wayfarer self binding gravel laid in a sparsely planted courtyard area complimenting the familiar English plants which enriched the garden with colour.
Derbyshire based Ennstone Johnston is the sole producer of the prestigious Wayfarer and Breedon Golden Amber self binding gravels, both environmentally friendly, resilient and natural graded limestone gravels which when rolled to fullest compaction, provide an exceptional golden buff appearance and superb performance on footpaths and driveways. Breedon Golden Amber gravel is held in very high regard by architects and landscapers and is used at many stately homes, National Trust and English Heritage properties.
