Europe’s cutting-edge showcase for the grounds management industry is back this November, from the 12th through 13th at the NEC, Birmingham.
Uniting latest products and expertise, Saltex is designed to support professionals who shape and maintain green spaces year round.
“Landscapers and lawncare professionals are tasked with creating beautiful, functional environments that stand the test of time,” a show spokesman told The Landscaper, “so staying ahead of the curve is key to delivering high quality results.
“Saltex is where you’ll find solutions to your everyday challenges. With hundreds of brands showcasing the latest technology and products. It’s the go-to event for anyone who wants to unlock new ideas.”
Free to attend, the show is “open to all, offering something for every corner of the industry”.
A show that gives back
“Unlike commercial trade shows, Saltex is a not-for-profit event,” the spokesman added. “That means every penny of surplus goes straight back into the industry, funding vital training, qualifications, subsidised memberships and leading support for the people who keep our parks and sports facilities thriving.”
Last year alone, revenue from the show reportedly helped the show organiser, the Grounds Management Association (GMA) subsidise membership fees for over 60% of its members and supported thousands of professionals through affordable training courses and qualifications. “That’s a direct benefit to you and your peers in the landscaping and grounds care community.”
The UK’s biggest free learning programme
“Education is at the heart of Saltex. In 2024, more than 1,000 visitors attended 19+ hours of expert-led content, gaining valuable tips and insights from some of the best in the business,” the spokesman continued.
For 2025, the Learning LIVE programme returns “bigger and better. Expect practical, CPD-accredited sessions and hear from leading voices in turf management including FIFA’s Alan Ferguson and UEFA’s Lee Guerriero”. The sessions aren’t just for elite sports turf managers, he stated – “they’re packed with knowledge you can apply to your everyday work.”
New for 2025x
This year sees launch of The Workshop – a live, hands-on machinery training area hosted by industry expert Tom Stidder. “Perfect for landscapers and maintenance teams, it’s your chance to pick up practical tips to get the most from your kit – and more new features and interactive exhibits will be revealed in the run-up to the show.”
