In early spring 2011 Fife Council took delivery of a Reform Metrac H6X bank tractor. Roy Daniels Health, Safety and Training Officer for the authority says, “it’s proven to be a winner all round, as an authority we are involved in a lot of Flora, Fauna and SSSI biodiversity work in some difficult locations, which, prior to us taking delivery of the Reform Metrac, meant either using alternative equipment which was often not fit for purpose or worse still, putting an operator and a pedestrian unit in what were often difficult and potentially unsafe working environments.”
