Coblands Nurseries were awarded the certificate of ‘highly commended’ for its commitment and investment to training and development when the Council South East held its 2009 Awards ceremony celebrating skills excellence

Since we started our own in-house training and exams we have seen increased performance with better staff retention and motivation. All our staff are not only given the opportunity but are actively encouraged to enrol on an NVQ with our training partner Hadlow College. We are thrilled to have reached the regional finals and this award is great recognition for the hard work put in by staff, tutors and management team alike.”
