Spade Oak, has turned PINK in aid of Breast Cancer Campaign for
October
The world of construction will be getting a pink makeover with the support of Spade Oak this autumn. With initiatives designed to raise money for much needed breast cancer research. Staff, clients, suppliers and the general public will contribute their valuable time and funds into raising awareness and support for one of the leading breast cancer research charities.
• The Company has committed to raising £10,000;
• “Pink Makeover” – Stationery, building signage and van livery will turn pink and display
the Breast Cancer Campaign logo;
• £100 will be donated by the Company for every new contract awarded;
• Football match against Apollo Group;
• Pub Quiz;
• Bowling Competition;
• 10 kilometre run;
• Public Car Wash
All activities will culminate on the 31st October with a wear it pink day where all 160
staff (not just the comfy folks in the office but all SITE LABOUR as well!) will be wearing pink for the entire day to show their support.
November 14th will see the month’s efforts celebrated in a glamorous black tie riverboat cruise down the Thames.
