The Landscapers Coach founder recognised in the Influential Businesswoman Awards 2026
Southampton-based business coach Paula Warman, founder of The Landscapers Coach, has been named Best Landscaping Business Growth Coach 2026 (UK) in the Influential Businesswoman Awards 2026.
The award recognises Paula’s contribution to helping landscaping business owners build profitable, sustainable businesses that can operate without relying entirely on the owner.
Having spent over 14 years running and growing a landscaping business herself, Paula understands first-hand the challenges faced by landscaping business owners, from cashflow management and pricing for profit through to recruitment, leadership and building systems that support long-term growth.
Through her coaching business, The Landscapers Coach, Paula now works with landscapers, garden designers and outdoor living businesses across the UK, helping them move from being overwhelmed business owners to confident leaders with greater profitability, stronger teams and more freedom.
