Volunteers are being sought for a number of specialist roles with the Knoll Gardens Foundation, the Wimborne-based garden charity.
Knoll has championed the naturalistic style of gardening for many years believing it to be of benefit to gardeners and wildlife alike. Internationally renowned for its ornamental grasses and wildlife-friendly approach to horticulture, the garden is owned and run by Neil Lucas, best-selling author, Chelsea Gold Medal winner and RHS council member. The Knoll Gardens Foundation promotes the Knoll ethos to help gardeners across the UK create stunning gardens that also succeed in being friendly to wildlife.
The Foundation already benefits from the support of a dedicated team of volunteers. Further people are now needed to fill key roles as the Foundation grows and develops. These roles include garden guides, an administrator, and a social media wizard to help promote the charity and its work.
