Following the recent launch of its SubSoil products for the landscaping and construction sectors, British Sugar TOPSOIL has created an A3 laminated poster to assist site managers in sourcing and using subsoil and topsoil.
The poster is a visible checklist for site managers and covers site assessment, site preparation, ordering soil, and placing it correctly. It also contains helpful questions to ask soil suppliers before placing an order, and a list of information the supplier will need to ensure a problem-free delivery.
The poster is available to download, free, as a pdf from the TOPSOIL website at www.bstopsoil.co.uk. Substantial laminated copies, ready to place in site offices, are available free of charge by emailing topsoil@britishsugar.com.
National TOPSOIL Manager Andy Spetch hopes the poster will be a useful tool for landscape and construction site managers once projects are back up and running after the lockdown: “Although our soil has been in great demand in recent weeks as sites have tried to complete as much work as possible before the lockdown, we are now using this valuable time to find ways to support site managers once restrictions are relaxed.
