National green services provider Glendale has been awarded a contract to deliver grounds maintenance services for Karbon Homes.
Glendale specialists will do grass and hedge cutting, shrub and bed maintenance, leaf clearance, arboriculture works, chemical treatments, weed killing, litter collection, snow clearance and gritting on behalf of the organisation. Work will be delivered throughout communal areas of properties in Corbridge, Prudhoe, Heddon, Stocksfield and Wylam over the course of the two-year contract, which has the potential for two one year extensions.
Dave Curry, contract manager at Glendale said: “Karbon is one of the largest housing associations in the North and, being aware of its vision and values, we knew it was an organisation we wanted to work alongside to benefit local residents and enhance the environment for them to enjoy. We’re committed to providing good quality green spaces and contributing to Karbon’s sustainable vision and resident satisfaction.”
