New Year, New Headquarters

Oak View Landscapes has relocated to purpose built headquarters on a commercial site owned by an associated company near Colchester, Essex.
Paul Downer, Managing Director told The Landscaper,  “We are working to a three year growth strategy to expand the business by over 50% and the new facility is an essential part of our plan. I am delighted that we achieved our 30 week build programme on time and we are fully operational in this outstanding Essex Barn style building at the start of the New Year”.
General Manager, Matthew Selby said “We had out grown our current office facilities and it makes commercial sense to combine our operational yard and office facilities on one site at Pattens Yard in West Bergholt. We will benefit greatly from the planned purpose built headquarters in terms of daily operations and logistics.
The building was designed by local architects ADP and built by local trades and suppliers to meet Oak View’s environmental ethos and to support local and trade associated businesses. Oak View are very grateful to Johnsons of Whixley for kindly donating the trees and plants to the landscaped beds to the front of the building.
