Members of the HTA & APL have come away from this year’s RHS Flow Show Tatton Park, winning medals for their floral displays and gardens.
In the Floral Marquee, Broadleigh Gardens, Dibleys Nurseries, Hardy’s Cottage Garden Plants, Southfield Nurseries and W Robinson & Son (Seeds & Plants) Ltd all won Gold for their displays.
There were Silver-Gilt medals for HTA members Cooks Garden Centre, Hooksgreen Herbs, Jacques Amand International, Northfield Nurseries Ltd and Priorswood Clematis.
Reaseheath College won a Silver-Gilt award for Floristry College of the Year, and Plant Heritage won Silver for their ‘Plants from National Collections in a garden setting’ exhibition in the National Plant Societies & Plant Heritage Marque.
Fryers Roses also won Silver for their garden ‘Rosy Hues’.
APL members Greenbelt Landscapes took home a Gold for their ‘A Quiet Corner Garden’, whilst Michael John McGarr took home Silver for ‘The Cloud 9 Kitchen’.
Foxcroft Landscapes won Gold for their involvement in the Young Designer of the Year garden ‘The Sunset Garden’.
The APL WorldSkills UK Landscape Gardener semi-finals also took place this week at Tatton, with the feature taking home the Show Feature of the Year award.
