Main Duties
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Applying professional lawn treatments to customers’ lawns
- Diagnosing lawn problems and recommending appropriate solutions
- Delivering excellent customer service on every visit
- Communicating with customers before and after treatments
- Operating lawn care equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintaining company vehicles and equipment to a high standard
- Building positive relationships with customers
- Representing the GreenThumb brand professionally at all times
Candidate Requirements
Applicants should:
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Be reliable, organised and self-motivated
- Be capable of working independently
- Take pride in delivering high-quality work
- Have the right to work in the UK
Desirable Skills
The following would be advantageous but are not essential:
- Previous experience in lawn care, horticulture or landscaping
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Knowledge of lawn treatments and turf management
