British Wildflowers grow the largest range of British native species in the UK. With over 300 species represented,
they hold millions of plug plants in stock and can grow most things. they are looking for
Nursery Sales and Office Administrator
£18k – £20k
Due to business expansion and development we are looking to recruit a full-time member of
staff to work in our busy nursery environment. The role involves:
* Telesales within the horticulture industry.
* Taking and processing customer orders.
* Collating, packing and dispatching customer orders.
* Liaising with customers, couriers and suppliers.
* General nursery work when required (in all weathers).
A confident telephone manner when talking to customers is vital and, although full training will be given, knowledge of the nursery trade and plants is essential.
You should be IT-literate and able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of Internet technologies is preferable to maintain our Twitter and Facebook feeds.
