Albutt has introduced a new product to simplify bag filling. Suitable for filling tote bags with any free flowing material, the attachment can be used with any telehandler or loader. Bag filling speed is high, 40 bags per hour is easily achieved. The absence of any product spill during the filling process ensures all yard surfaces are kept clean and waste eliminated.
Filling cycle times are low as the bag detaches from the securing hooks without the need for the operator to leave the machine. Loading vehicles with filled bags is another use for this attachment. Other uses for the bag filler include loading material directly into trailers, pickups and vans.
Long term reliability is a key feature of the design. The trap doors are controlled hydraulically from the machine cab, with a direct acting system that does not require operator adjustment. Trap doors are protected by the direct acting hydraulic control system.
Materials such as sand, aggregates, bark, compost, animal feed, top soil, wood chip and any free flowing material are handled easily.
A vehicle on board weighing system is available as an optional extra.
