The World Logging Championship 2010 will be held in Croatia at the end of September. The best chainsaw loggers in the world will compete for three days in five disciplines to decide who will be the new world champion. Husqvarna will host a blog covering everything about the competition and will also support the Husqvarna chainsaw users with expert advice and training camps.
Starting on the 23rd of September, this bi-annual, three day championship for professional loggers will take place in Zargrab, Croatia. As an official sponsor of the World Logging Championship, Husqvarna is ensuring all participants using Husqvarna products get the best possible preparation for the competition.
As part of this process, Husqvarna is hosting three training camps; one in Austria, one in Estonia and one in the Netherlands. During these events Husqvarna loggers will get to practice their disciplines, gain expert advice and share hints and tips with each other. Participants from over 30 countries will attend the different four day events and will experience the spirit of competition is at its peak.
Andy Eastaugh, Husqvarna Brand Marketing Manager for the UK told The Landscaper “There is a vast amount of logging knowledge within the Husqvarna team as well as the WLC participants. By sharpening the skills of every contestant using Husqvarna, we hope to see a Husqvarna chainsaw being held on top of the winner’s stand this year”
