Some new companies are making their IOG SALTEX debut this year
Gareth Porter from Agrimek ATV Solutions – a specialist in the supply of innovative parts and accessories for ATVs and quad bikes, as well as quad sprayers and snow ploughs – says that, as a growing company with an increasing number of users seeking high-quality yet cost-effective accessories for quads and utility vehicles, it identified IOG SALTEX as a prime event for its products.
Excelsior Roto Moulding is also making its IOG SALTEX debut On show will be the new rotationally moulded wheelbarrow – with no steel handles or basin, the barrow is rust-proof, recyclable and seriously tough. The company will also be exhibiting its extensive range of grit bins.
Hydraulics & Transmissions’ Richard Salisbury says: “Having been a visitor to the show for the last few years, it seemed the right decision to exhibit and meet existing and potential customers. Our customer base mainly comprises UK machinery manufacturers which we supply with hydraulic and mechanical transmission components, and we are hoping that a good representation of these from the groundscare industry will be at the show.”
The company will be exhibiting a number of new products including Star Transmission gearboxes and PTO shafts, Vikis hydraulic cylinders and PWG closed loop transmission pumps and motors, alongside Eaton Light Duty hydrostatic drives and products from Casappa, Walvoil and Indemar.
New products will also be launched by Loadlift and Quality Garden Tools Loadlift’s Mark Page says the company will be exhibiting a selection of products from its winter maintenance range, including a new large trailed gritter.
Quality Garden Tools will announce the Original Lowe range of Germany-made pruning tools, which are manufactured to the highest standards. Dominic Elsom says that showing these secateurs and loppers at IOG SALTEX is an important part of the company’s multi-channel sales strategy for 2012.
IOG SALTEX 2012 (www.iogsaltex.co.uk) will be held on September 4-6 at Windsor Racecourse, Berks, and will embrace fine turf and sports surfaces, turf maintenance equipment, children’s outdoor play and safety surfacing, landscaping, contractors, commercial vehicles, outdoor leisure and facilities management, as well as software and security equipment. The show is attended by open space management professionals and contractors – from groundsmen and greenkeepers through to play officers, architects, designers and surveyors as well as local authority and outdoor leisure facility managers.
