Green-tech has announced the acquisition of Tricor Services.
Based in York, Green-tech has purchased all assets under the Tricor umbrella, worldwide – which incorporates a portfolio of products spanning the irrigation, gardening and environmental sectors, including the innovative Mona Plant System (MPS), a highly water efficient, underground, self-irrigating system.
Green-tech claims to be the largest distributor of tree shelters and spirals in the UK and Ireland. It holds a leading market share in the grass seed, bark mulch, urban tree planting, irrigation materials and tree anchor markets. It is also the exclusive distributor of the Duckbill tree anchor system.
