Everedge..Saltex 2011

EverEdge (X02) product range has been continuously evolving to meet the changing demands in the world of landscape design and architecture. The company began with its Classic range of 1m long by 1.6 or 2.5 mm thick edging in 75, 100 and 125 mm depths. This range is still the best selling range today and is installed, usually in private gardens, in over 40 countries worldwide.
Then came ProEdge, a longer and thicker version for larger professional jobs. Sold in individual 2.5 metre long x 2.5mm thick lengths, this product was developed for driveways and pathways, or anywhere where a long, flowing edge was required. The Classic and ProEdge ranges are also now available with an anchor (sold separately) for very soft or sandy ground conditions.
The EverEdge Bespoke range has been undergoing some changes. A new coupling system has been introduced now being fastened with two coach bolts at each end, the coach bolts have a finish to match the edging.
Each edging strip has one end with a formed 45° kink in it and the other, flat, or unformed, thus allowing a clean overlap on the front face of the connection, doing away with unsightly joints. This method allows quick and easy installation on site, a very strong connection and makes bending to tight radii also straight forward. It should be mentioned however that if a back-plate connecting system is required EverEdge can manufacture this, for any thickness, but normally the thicker gauges over 6 mm.
This new connecting system is now in use right across the EverEdge Bespoke range from 150 to 300 mm deep and from 2.5 to 6 mm thick. As previous, this range is supplied as standard in galvanised mild steel, painted and unpainted. However, as other materials have become more popular with designers, EverEdge Bespoke can now be supplied in untreated mild steel, Corten steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
