Spring recruitment drive for APL

The Association of Professional Landscapers (APL) is running a special membership offer for landscapers as part of a spring recruitment drive. Landscapers who register their interest in joining by 30th April 2010 will be able to join the APL (until 31.12.2010) for just £99 plus vat with no joining fee*.
As a member of the APL landscapers will find all the specialist help, support, products, advice and information they need to grow their businesses and stay ahead of the competition. As the only landscaping scheme operator of the government endorsed TrustMark scheme APL members are also able to benefit from this influential seal of approval and use it to promote themselves to consumers.
APL membership can also provide the opportunity to:
• Save time and money by using our wide range of free information lines.
• Potentially increase your profitability through the only business improvement scheme for landscapers.
• Stand out from other landscapers when you pass our annual inspection of business procedures and construction quality.
• Save hours of time and re-inventing wheels with our free business support guides, information sheets, template forms and documents.
• Improve your workforce’s skills through the only work-based domestic landscaping training programme.
• Stay up to date with compliance through the detailed information we provide on key legal requirements as and when they come through.
• Enjoy a potential route to business leads through a free listing on the APL website and promotion through the Government endorsed TrustMark scheme, which links consumers with high quality trades people.
APL CEO Jason Lock comments, “By becoming an APL member landscapers have access to a whole range of resources and information which can help to make their businesses more efficient. Through this membership offer we hope to encourage more landscapers to join and enjoy the associated benefits helping them to stay one step ahead of the competition”.
