Limagrain UK has published a Specifiers Handbook in which technical information and advice on grass species and recommended mixtures for a range of different situations are provided.
The 36-page A4 guide includes information on the characteristics of nine key grass species, and suggests appropriate mixtures for landscaping and sports turf, as well as grass/wildflower mixtures for amenity and conservation areas.
It also explains the differences in quality ratings for seed mixtures and provides information on the seed treatment Headstart which helps increase the rate of germination and establishment.
