Charterhouse Turf Machinery has seen the green shoots of success with its Soil harmony Division. Sales have increased significantly enough to appoint a Southern Area Sales Representative. Kevin Brown takes up the role after his 7 years at ‘The Park Club’ in London, where he managed the development of the 35 acre site.
Kevin graduated from Sparsholt College, Winchester, having gained his City & Guilds in Groundsmanship and Greenkeeping in 1996 which lead onto various IOG courses in specific Fine Turf Maintenance.
Kevin says, “It’s natural and biological, as opposed to using chemicals, and therefore environmentally friendly. I was very impressed when I first used the Soil Harmony concept at ‘The Park Club’ and everyone was quick to see the benefits in the improved quality of the turf and the reduced costs.’
