Dancing diggers

Planning for the largest outdoor event in Kent, the Kent County Show, is well underway and making significant progress. There is a whole host of new attractions and displays being lined up for this year’s Show. The Kent County Show will have The Band of the Corps of Royal Engineers performing in the main arena over the three days, many would have seen performing at last year’s first FA Cup final at the new Wembley Stadium. There will be also the famous ‘Dancing Diggers’, an amazing mix of sequenced dance with the awesome power of a group of JCB’s!

Also new this year will be a larger Countryside Area that will include Fly-fishing, Ferret Racing, Birds of Prey, Otters, Hounds and other countryside pursuits such as working Gun Dogs. The Forestry section will feature both traditional and modern methods of timber extraction from the Murrain Wood, as well as many traditional crafts skills.

The Kent County Show will be on 11th, 12th and 13th July. Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased online at www.kentshow.co.uk
or on the ticket hotline 01622 633060.
