Bowling safe

With health and safety legislation assuming an ever increasing profile, getting bowlers and equipment safely onto and off bowling greens is becoming an important issue. The Sportsmark Group has further improved the design of both their access steps and ramps.
The Hi-rail steps, available from stock, are made from a heavy duty aluminium section, which is corrosion resistant, with rubber anti-slip treads, and varnished hardwood hand rails. The rear legs are fully adjustable to allow for different bank heights, and the greenside legs are on a large flat to prevent damage to the green.
Sportsmark access ramps are lightweight aluminium box section, with a slip-resistant gnarled surface, and a safe load capacity of 850kgs. They are 1.5m long and have been designed so that when sitting on a standard height bank, the foot plate sits flat on the green, preventing indentations.
