New tractor TGA Turf Show

John Deere will be demonstrating a new 6125M 125hp full-frame tractor at the TGA Turf Show .
Equipped with Michelin turf tyres and the AutoTrac Universal automatic guidance system, the tractor will be pulling a Trilo high capacity grass vacuum sweeper supplied by The Grass Group. Visitors will also be able to try out the company’s new XUV 855D Gator 4×4 utility vehicle with power steering on a test track adjacent to the demonstration area.
Using GPS satellite technology, AutoTrac Universal can consistently provide tractor steering accuracy levels down to +/-2cm for operations such as sowing, fertiliser spreading, spraying and wide area mowing. This allows turf growers to reduce costs and increase efficiency, by reducing bout overlaps, wheelings and operator fatigue.
The Trilo SG1165 6.5m vacuum sweeper (pictured with a John Deere 5820 utility tractor) utilises a powerful fan and two mechanically driven wings to collect large amounts of grass clippings at up to 10ha/hr, while the rear tipping container has a load capacity of 11m³.
John Deere’s AMS GreenStar product range will also be featured at the show. This offers simple lightbar and parallel tracking systems as well as full AutoTrac or AutoTrac Universal, which can be used on other makes of tractor and self-propelled vehicle.
Other machines on static display will include a 6150R tractor with return-to-position (RTP) front loader, a 4720 compact tractor with 400CX loader and an 8700 PrecisionCut five-gang cylinder mower.
