Ezikerb is a two part kerbing system designed to reduce the waste and cost associated with continually replacing concrete kerbs damaged during the construction phase of a development. Made from mixed waste plastic that might otherwise go to landfill, the system consists of a base unit, which is installed initially with a protective strip that can withstand site traffic without damage and which is replaced by the final kerb prior to road adoption.
Weighing 17Kg, the solid plastic half battered kerb can be installed by a single person without the need for lifting equipment.
Again made from waste plastic, the R-Pave system has been specifically designed to avoid the use of connecting pins, allowing for easy assembly and dis-assembly and has already been exported to the Middle East, Africa and mainland Europe since the launch in March 2012.
