‘Aeolus’ – the Acoustic Wind Pavilion – is a giant acoustic sculpture that sings with the passing breeze. Created by Bristol-based artist Luke Jerram (well known for the Play Me I’m Yours project), the sculpture consists of nylon harp strings attached to 310 polished stainless steel tubes, directing the air into the centre of the sculpture, creating a ‘song’ as it does so.
